Los Duendes is a Psychedelic Latin Fusion band based out of Vancouver. Engaging timeless rhythms like chicha and cumbia and fusing Jazz, Fusion, Salsa and soulful house to create a unique on-trend sound that mirrors the vibrancy and diversity of contemporary Canadian culture.
The term “Psych Cumbia” has found its place in Latin America as a way of referring to various different styles of tropical Latin American music. Los Duendes performs topicalized Andean guitar, Jazz Fusion, Cumbia, Salsa, Bossa Nova, Reggae, African Highlife and Soulful House giving birth to a whole new danceable musical universe.
