Earth Day, April 22, opening of a new exhibit at Wild Cortes is moved to the beginning of May. More details coming soon. The exhibit is curated by the Cortes Island School, a new partner of the Cortes Wild! partnership. So, yes, this is exciting! Stay tuned for more information.

SATURDAY, May 2, at the Museum, 9 a.m.Bird Walk & Talk (and Spot!) with George Sirk!Come along for a delightful two- to three-hour adventure exploring wonderful nearby birding spots,
Bring snacks, water, and comfortable shoes to enjoy the day.
Bring your cell phone with the Merlin app, if you have it.
Binoculars, a small notebook, and bird books can enhance your experience.
Children are very welcome, provided they are supervised.

Proceeds will be split between the Museum and a Tibetan Children’s Village charity.
