NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO APPROVE THE PROPOSED MINE

PLAN AND RECLAMATION PROGRAM FOR
CORTES ISLAND QUARRY

Take Notice that Island United Ltd. has filed with the Chief Permitting Officer, pursuant to Part 10(1) of the Mines Act, a proposed amended mine plan
together with a program for the protection and reclamation of the land and water courses related to the existing quarry development located on crown
land legally described as THAT PART OF THE NORTH EAST 1/4, SECTION 33, CORTES ISLAND, SAYWARD DISTRICT, CONTAINING 1.226
HECTARES, MORE OR LESS.

A copy of the permit amendment application, including supporting documentation, is available for viewing at the Cortes Island Public Library.

Any person affected by or interested in this program has 30 days to make written representation to the Ministry of Mining and Critical Minerals, c/o Southwest Regional Office, PO Box 9395 Stn Prov Govt, Victoria, BC, V8W 9W9 or by email
SouthwestMinesDivisiongov.bc.ca , with a copy to Island United, 764 Whaletown
Road, Cortes Island, BC V0P 1K0 and/or pmislandunited.ca
