We’re looking for a Homestay Parent to join our team for the Fall 2026 Semester!
The Homestay Parent will reside in a rustic 8-bedroom farmhouse at Linnaea Farm and play a central role in creating a structured, welcoming home that balances care, accountability, and community.
In this role, the homestay parent will act as a responsible adult presence, guiding students through daily routines, supporting their transition into independent living, and ensuring they meet academic and program expectations. This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys working with youth and building a positive home culture.
