Dance Temple
Rekindle the Flame
Honouring the fire as it comes back into our lives and hearts as the seasons slowly turn and we find ourselves in more movement in garden or outdoor, honouring the year of the fire horse which inspires our inner flame towards movement. With Val Lange. Immediately following the Cacao circle with Tanya (see that cacao post for details)

Val (she/her) is a dancer - at times ecstatic, at times serene. Val is a lover and facilitator of movement and dance of many forms from yoga to circus arts to ecstatic dance. She excited to share with you some of the music she loves as we bring more fire into our spirits at this time of year. She invites you to dance your dance, whatever it may be, in community.

Closing with a didgeridoo sound journey with ConnieQ
