Spring Time Forward

Pleiotropic Supplements
• Wednesday, March 11, 10:30 to 12:00, Pioneer Room.
Join Maureen Williams for a talk about Pleiotropic Supplements. We’ll discuss several supplements with overall health-promoting effects, the history and science behind them, and their appropriate use and safety. I’ll also leave time to discuss any other supplements on your mind. Maureen Williams is a Naturopathic Doctor, Health Science and Medical Writer and Holistic Health Specialist.
Literary Afternoon
• Sunday, March 22, 2 to 3:30 p.m., Lakeview Room, Linnaea Farm
T’ai Chi Ch’uan
While Judith Weaver is away, self-guided classes on Wednesdays at 10 a.m. continue. Donations to cover the room's cost are appreciated. Check Tideline for updates. Confirm with Leona.
Movement and Mobility w/Kelly
• Mondays, 11 – 12, Manson's
• Tuesdays, 10 – 11, Gorge Hall
• Thursdays, 11 – 12, Om Studio, Manson's Hall

Cortes DeathCare Collective
• March 31, 6:30 to 8;30 p.m., Manson's Hall, Movie Night presenting "Tender"
In lieu of our usual monthly meeting in March, we are hosting a Movie Night on March 31 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Manson’s Hall. We hope you can make it! “Tender” is at once a heartbreakingly beautiful and beautifully funny glimpse into an extraordinary community taking on one of the most essential challenges of human life … its end.

Walking Group
• The walking group meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9 a.m. in the Manson's Hall parking lot for a 30-minute to 1-hour walk, followed by coffee. Never cancelled! Come and join the walking group. Your dog, on a leash, is welcome to tag along.
Cortes Island Museum and Wild Cortes
• Museum, 957 Beesley Road, Friday and Saturday, noon to 4 p.m.
• Wild Cortes, 1255 Seaford Road, Friday and Saturday, noon to 4 p.m.
