- basic & advanced cooking techniques
- how to follow & create a recipe (including complex recipes)
- how to cook with what is available seasonally
- how to make substitutions
- how to cook with a budget

- mindfulness based practices like breathing/yoga/meditation
- market experience

Rooted Chefs Junior (7-10yrs) (Tuesdays & Fridays 3pm-5pm)
Feb 10th, 17th, 24th, Mar 3rd, Mar 10th (Tuesdays)
Feb 13th, 20th, 27th, Mar 6th, Mar 13th (Fridays)
Cost: $15/class or $75 total
