Cali Waddell and Sandra Reedel

On January 3, 2026, Cali Waddell lost her fight with ALS. She died peacefully, surrounded by love. She will be missed by all who knew her.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Sandra Elizabeth Reedel (Ware) in Whaletown on January 14, 2026.

FREE ONE-ON-ONE TECH LEARNING

FolkU is happy to support additional free one-on-one tech learning as part of our Better at Home tech help program. This add-on is for seniors who need more sessions than Better at Home normally provides, as well as for those who don’t qualify for the Better at Home subsidy but still can’t comfortably afford paid tech support.

You can fill in the request form here: https://tinyurl.com/techsupportcortes

Or if you are not online, you can call Joel at 250-504-1991 or Ester at 250-204-2116, and they can fill it in for you over the phone.
