What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra (sleep yoga) is an ancient practice that supports nervous system regulation, allowing
us to tap into our innate well-being and wisdom. Scientific trials have shown it to be
effective for managing PTSD, insomnia, pain, anxiety, and depression.
