Thank you to all of our clients on Cortes Island for your patience as we continue to identify assets and requirements to improve continuity and quality of the network. We are a small team doing our best to provide the best possible service to all areas in our network.

We have resolved the caching issue to get timely updates on the front page of our website.

We have reached out to the existing clients that we are aware of, and it seems the list of clients we received for the transition from service with Mascon/Telus to Raincoast Networks was incomplete. If your services stopped working and you wish for them to be restored please reach out to us:
