This is an incredible love story beyond words and earthly dimensions!

After 48 years together, Kristen and John both passed lastnight, the evening of December 12; both as they wished in their Whaletown home. John departed first, followed by Kristen a few hours after; both natural deaths from different causes, but clearly synchronized beyond our knowing. How beautiful!

They were each cared for in the last weeks of their lives by two parallel teams of friends from our wonderful community.

You are invited to a wake in their home, 393 Sawmill Road, tomorrow, Sunday, Dec 14, 4:00 pm. Finger food appreciated. Please park on Sawmill Road.

They will receive a ‘green burial’ in the Whaletown Cemetary Tuesday at 11. All are welcome.
