“During this wet time of year we keep the fires burning in our hearths and hearts as you are invited to come and move your body and spirit in The Dance of Duality. How can we as humans integrate all of our seemingly opposite parts? We are walking paradoxes full of duality, but can we create room for all of it. To be in our fullness where every part of us has space to exist and express!”
All ages, all genders, all bodies, and all parts of YOU are welcome.
Regular Temple Guidelines:
1. Move however you wish
2. No talking on the dance floor
3. Respect yourself and one another
Dance Temple is an alcohol-free and scent-free space. Please also refrain from phones and outdoor shoes.
The facilitators of Dance Temple hold a strong intention to honour movement and dance as an essential and powerful expression of self and connection to others. We acknowledge the healing and creative nature of movement and recognize that fun, play and humour are vital to this practice.
