Breema® is a teaching of the heart; an expression of unity and harmony, a bodywork system of natural movement sequences that are profoundly relaxing, nurturing and energizing for both the giver and receiver.
Breema can be done with oneself, with a partner, and in daily life activities.
In this class you will:Learn a Breema bodywork sequence.
Practice Self-Breema movement sequences.
Experience the harmonizing effects of the Nine Principles of Harmony and learn how to benefit from them in your daily life and relationships.
Please be prepared:To practice the bodywork with different partners in the class.
To be comfortable enough with practicing on a padded floor.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing and clean socks.
You are welcome to bring your own blanket.
Claudia Raaen is a certified Breema practitioner and instructor with 35 years experience.
Isabelle Laplante is a certified Breema practitioner with 10 years experience.
This workshop is hosted by FolkU, the Cortes Foundation, and Manson's Hall/SCCA as part of the Happy Bodies series and is free to attend. Donations are also welcome.
