Wheeeere is James Creek?
In the spooky Children’s Forest... Boo!
Don your boots (seriously) & rainclothes and join the newts on the prowl as we walk through the Children’s Forest. Help look for clues of salmon presence around James Creek, and hopefully, sneak quietly up on spawning chum in the mouth of the creek.
The monthly Children’s Forest walk happens on Sunday, November 2, 10:00 – 2:00 pm. We meet at the trailhead into the Children's Forest, Carrington Bay Rd. with snacks & lunch and sharp eyes. New and current families are always welcome, as are folks without children.
We go rain or shine, and out of respect for wild creatures, please leave dogs at home.
NOTE –We move our clocks back an hour on Saturday evening so make sure you meet us at the new time, otherwise you will be an hour early.
