Come join for the final Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop honoring fall in this seasonal four part series.

This series has been a fun and creative exploration of the world of Ayurveda and how to apply simple ayurvedic principles into our daily lives through cooking with the seasons. Anyone is welcome to join, and kids 10 years and up are welcome to join with an adult!
