Following the sudden and heartbreaking death of our beautiful Rosemary, we were met with an outpouring of support, kindness, and care from the Cortes community that will forever remain in our hearts. In a time of deep sorrow, you surrounded us with compassion and warmth, carrying us through some of the hardest days of our lives.

From the meals and flowers to the thoughtful words and countless gestures both big and small, every expression of love reminded us that our grief, though heavy, was not carried alone. Thank you to everyone who attended her burial, and thank you everyone else for respecting our wishes during this overwhelming and tender time. We won’t name you all individually, but please know that the love we received will be felt for a very long time. A special thank you to the Death Caring Collective- We are so incredibly grateful for the support we received. Thank you also to everyone who has donated to the Go Fund Me for Sparrow.

As we move forward with our changed lives we have decided to postpone the celebration of life until the spring. We hope this will give those further afield time to plan, and our hearts some time to heal. We will post a date sometime in the new year.
