Over two years ago, Trever and Elizabeth left Vancouver for Cortes Island. What started as a dream of slowing down has grown into something even more meaningful: every week, Trever crafts traditional fresh pasta with Canadian semolina for the Manson’s Hall Farmers Market.
Some weeks, he even fires up the oven for Neapolitan-style pizzas. Made with care, from scratch, and always with a little island love.
Island life has taught Trever and Elizabeth so much about food, community, and the joy of living deliberately. They’re endlessly grateful for this island and for everyone who makes it possible to do what they love.
