Dear Friends and Appreciators of Elke Finley

Tonight, Tuesday evening, marks the one year anniversary of her death.

Tomorrow Wed. Sept 24th is the date she died.

I mention Tuesday as it is more significant to me given all that happened that indelible night last September.

However we will stick with convention here.

Please join us by her Graveside in the Natural Burial Grounds at 4:30 p. m. Wed the 24th.

You are most welcome to share a memory of something that moved you about her.

She loved Poetry and Song so if you have a poem or a song you would like to share, please bring it.

She also loved laughter and Joy is most welcome as are your tears.

Your quiet presence is also so very welcome.

I imagine we will be there no more than an hour.

I have made a simple bench in her memory and will be gifting the Natural Burial Grounds with it then.

My apologies for the late notice, it is a potent and poignant time.
