Yoga & Movement

Tuesday – Iyengar-style Hatha Yoga – Fanella – 6pm–7:30pm Build strength, balance, and flexibility through precise alignment and mindful breathwork. A grounding class for all levels.

Wednesday – T’ai Chi Ch’uan – Judyth – 10am–11am Flow through gentle, meditative movements that cultivate balance, relaxation, and inner calm.

Thursday – Movement & Mobility – Kelly – 11am–12pm A supportive class designed to enhance ease of movement, mobility, and strength in daily life. Mostly chair-based, with optional standing, bands, and light weights. Pre-registration required

Sunday – Vinyasa Yoga – Kelly – 11am–12:15pm A dynamic, breath-led flow to energize the body, focus the mind, and nourish the spirit.

Creative Offerings

Sew Much More – Tuesday – 2pm–4pm A relaxed, creative space to work on sewing projects, learn new skills, and share inspiration with others.

All classes take place at the Om Studio, Manson’s Hall
