Friends of Cortes Island is delighted to share the
Island Resonance series, produced by
Cortes Radio. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Cortes Radio for bringing these stories to life and sharing them with the wider community.
Island Resonance shines a light on some of the exciting projects we’ve been undertaking for both nature and people. The series features eight engaging reports on topics ranging from the
restoration of the Dillon Creek Wetland, and our
conservation Work in Manson’s Landing Provincial Park, to
research on the Western Screech Owl and the
inspiring story of Cortes Island’s Streamkeepers. It also celebrates the many community members and volunteers whose time, energy and commitment help protect and nurture Cortes’s extraordinary natural environment.
