Jane Newman will lead a generative writing workshop in conjunction with the current exhibition at the Gallery, Naomi Cairns' "Reflections." Don't miss this opportunity to look more deeply into the gorgeous paintings of the exhibition, and to explore and experiment with ekphrastic writing, a literary practice that takes visual art as its inspiration, subject and theme. No experience necessary. Just bring some paper, your favourite writing implement, and your sense of creative play. Admission is by donation, all welcome!!
