The Cortes Housing Society is seeking professional services to pursue the development of a property management social enterprise. We are seeking a consultant that can develop a feasibility study for a Cortes property management social enterprise. With over 1/3 of properties on Cortes vacant for much of the year, we aim to offer property management services to support the tenanting of existing properties. The feasibility study should evaluate other property management social enterprises, existing service providers on Cortes, regulatory requirements, staffing structure, scope of services to be offered, start-up costs and revenue projections.
