I am starting a casual baseball program for kids aged 8 to 12 (grades 2-6). The idea is to bring families together to enjoy the game in a relaxed, supportive environment. This wouldn't be a formal league or a supervised program, and I wouldn’t be coaching — instead, it would be a family gathering where parents are supervising their own children and helping out by filling in any needed positions that we may not have enough kids for (not hitting but fielder, catcher etc…), and having fun alongside the kids. We will do 15 minutes of catch then split up teams evenly and play a game for 45 minutes or 5 innings.

There are lots of extra gloves at the school that we can access if you don’t have your own.

Tuesdays from 3-4 on the baseball diamond at the school starting May 13th. The plan is to go until the end of the school year and assess from there.
