This Mother’s Day, come and connect with nature and each other, as we celebrate the abundant gifts growing right in our own backyards! This hands-on workshop will introduce you to the joys of local plants, their health benefits, and simple ways to incorporate them into daily life.
Participants will embark on a guided exploration to identify some of the wild medicinal plants growing around us and how we can utilize them to nurture ourselves and our families.
You’ll take home herbal infused vinegars, an oxymel, a foraging guide and practical tips on nourishing yourself and your family with wild plants. Bring your littles, friends and a few mason jars. (We’ll have extra if needed).
Facilitated by permaculturist Whitney Vanderleest and herbalist Autumn Barrett-Morgan
Date: Sunday, May 11th
