The North Island- Powell River district electoral race is being hard fought for and is one of the most closely watched in the country.
Cortes Island has already hosted meet and greets with the Liberal and Green Party candidates. We got the opportunity to hear where they stand personally and at the party level, on issues asked about by the Cortes community.
On Thursday at the Gorge Hall from 2pm- 3:40, NDP candidate Tanille Johnston will be here to tell us why she feels we should vote for her and to answer your questions that matter most to YOU.
This will be our last meet and greet because we were unable to set one up with the Conservative Aaron Gunn.
Thanks to the three Candidates that did come for taking time out of their busy campaign schedules to meet with the Cortes community!
