Fantastic news for Cortes Island families! $10/day childcare has arrived for our Childcare Centre! 
 
I are pleased to announce our Cortes Island Playschool has been accepted into the $10 a Day ChildCareBC program, reducing the cost of full-time child care for children to a maximum of $200 a month. With additional funding subsidies still offered to eligible families this may reduce the cost of childcare to $0! 
 
In addition to lowered enrolment fees, we have also extended our operating times to full days Monday to Friday, 12 months a year
 
This is life changing for many parents and families! I am so incredibly proud that our little childcare centre was chosen for this amazing program, as it is not an easy process with many hundreds of applicants. 
 
I cannot stress how privileged we are to be chosen for this and pledge to work tirelessly to make this program successful, enriched and expansive!
