My NEW Cortes Island Skate Youth Group provides 1-on-1 private skate lessons, as well as group skate jams, exposure to skateboard events, sponsorship possibilities as well as mentorship.

Who we Are:
Bubba Muldoe, a local sponsored skate legend who has been skateboarding for over 35 years. Bubba has been a long time mentor in the skate community, winning many competitive competitions, riding for an extensive amount of sponsorships over the years, in magazines, posters and branding and has been a big part of the
‘Get On Board Youth Group’ in the Comox Valley as a skateboard instructor and mentor for youth. Bubba has also been a part of building skate parks, hosting many skate jams which now includes the 3rd annual Cortes Island skate jams and hopes to offer mentorship and community support for our youth on island.

Who we Serve:
Ages: 8 through 18
Ability: Beginner through Competition-Style Advanced.

How you can start skateboard lessons?
Equipment: We recommend a board and a full set of safety gear.
This includes: a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards.

rental equipment is available* if you don’t have a board or gear i got you covered for lessons no worries
