Come join for part 2 of this Seasonal Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop Series as we move into Spring! After a successful winter cooking workshop, we will continue to build, refresh and enliven our senses as we explore applying Ayurvedic principles as we transition into Spring.

As a group we make a creative meal together, applying different cooking techniques, play with spices, share some laughs and end with a delicious and nourishing lunch.
