Hi all,

I invite you to the next Literary Afternoon on Sunday, February 23, featuring Yvonne Kipp, Dayna Davis, Rex Weyler, Karen McDiarmid, Jane Newman, and maybe the winner of the Library Youth Contest!

It will be held at Linnaea from 2.00 to 3.30 p.m.

Thank you for coming on time so that the readers will be undisturbed. Doors are open at 1.40 p.m. After one hour of great readings, there is time to chat with the authors and your friends present there while enjoying refreshments.

These afternoons are organized by Seniors Helping Seniors, a program of the Support Our Seniors Society, and supported by Cortes Radio, which will broadcast the readings later in the month. Donations, either monetary or goodies, are welcome.

Though these afternoons are organized for seniors, younger friends of the writers and family members are welcome to attend.

You may want to bring slippers or warm socks because the floor is cold.
