Dear community,
After many years of planning and fundraising for Rainbow Ridge, we will be breaking ground on Monday, February 10th. This first phase of construction will involve felling trees, pulling stumps, and grading the area that will house our utility building and the first 7 homes. We expect the tree and land clearing to take place in February and plan to have it completed before the start of bird nesting season. The walking/cycling trail will have a short detour, but will remain open throughout the process, with the exception of a few hours when work is taking place near the trail. The crew will observe construction hours Monday-Friday between 8 AM-5 PM, as we aim to minimize disruption for our neighbours. We thank you for your support and patience during this phase.
