These sessions ( 1 1/2 hours) are to allow us the time to feel, to sense, to pay attention to what our organisms/our bodies are saying.

To listen. to allow. to respond --- if we want. To come to peace with ourselves.

Sensory Awareness is the basic foundation of all somatic work.

Judyth has been studying this since 1968, and authorized to teach since 1985.

She is happy to be able to share it.

Open to all women. No obligation to continue or to pay.
