The Harbour Authority is looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as Assistant Wharfinger. This year-round position is casual during the off season (October thru May), increasing to part time (up to 4 shifts per week) during the summer months. This position supports the Harbour Master and Harbour Manager, assisting with moorage record keeping, attending to the 5 commercial docks on Cortes, assisting with minor dock maintenance and acting as the public face for our organization.

Individuals must be available to work evenings/weekends and have their own transportation. Renumeration starts at $25 per hour (plus mileage reimbursement).
