Finally have internet and can announce my upcoming shows!

I first do an on-location piece on the Chum salmon run at Basil Ck/Squirrel Cove, here on Cortes then Bristol Foster on walrus puncturing a kayak off Ellesmere Island in the arctic decades ago and why spirit bears are white. A very fun episode. Recorded ~ 9 years ago at Clover Pt Victoria.

Next Wed at 9:30 AM is my new episode -live- from the station ...on the super mushroom season here- with special guest ( ?)

Then Bristol and I go to Isabella Bay off Baffin, and we are in  Bowhead whale country with CNE ( Cruise North Expeditions) ~ 13 years ago. One of the largest, rarest, oldest whales in the world. Plus we have a special fly by of a very rare bird that Bristol spots.

This winter I will focus on the arctic - including 'cruising' in 10 metre seas in Baffin Bay!
And a touch of Baja, Costa Rica & Panama! Why not?
