A huge Thank You to Abigail and everyone at the Gorge Harbour Marina Resort that made the pool available and welcomed us on Tuesday & Thursday mornings during the summer for seniors water aerobics. A great way to move, have fun, stay fit and connect. Thank you from all the local and visiting seniors that participated. We hope to do this again next year!
