Sometimes synchronicity comes in such large doses that we must truly pay attention.

After six years of legal proceedings with the Strathcona Regional District, in two separate cases, one involving me personally and the other involving me and my land partners, a few days ago I received notice that the Regional District has finally agreed to pay some of my court costs, AND we signed the paperwork to list for sale a home on our recently created strata subdivision.

May this be my last public post associated with the Strathcona Regional District, to which I represented Cortes for 14 years. I want to offer my profound gratitude, not only to those who supported me and trusted in my integrity, but also to those who challenged me to the point of setting in motion litigation proceedings against me. I want to thank, for real, those still anonymous ‘grumblies’ who sought to remove me from elected office six years ago. However, profoundly difficult, it galvanized this community in beautiful ways, both seen and unseen, and deepened my commitment to integrity and love, and to standing in the fire of truth. It is as it is meant to be. This chapter is now complete as the Regional District just days ago agreed to pay me back for some of my incurred court costs (although they were mandated by the court to do so months ago). For me this is a huge energetic closure! Thank-you all!'

I also want to thank those, likely same still anonymous people, who challenged the zoning compliance on my residential property. It has resulted in prosperity for me and my land partners. After six years of grueling process, with more layers of government and courts and authorities than I care to remember, we have successfully completed a five-lot strata subdivision on our 22-acre Whaletown property, and now have for sale a 2.5 acre lot and house with a share in 10 acres of common garden, orchard, forest, driveway, and common electrical, water and fire suppression infrastructure. Please be in touch with Realtor Amy Bockner for details. 250-204-1080 amy.bocknerexprealty.com The listing is going live today or tomorrow.

How is that for stunning synchronicity and timing!

Due to the subdivision, I personally can also now offer a serviced tiny home spot. So, here’s putting out an invitation for people to reach out to me about that opportunity. 250-202-6585.

May this now open an energetic new chapter, both for me as well as for those we are able to house.

In Gratitude All Around,
