It's a time of transformation at Hollyhock, as we seek a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization through its next phase of transformation and growth.

In this hands-on, mission-driven role, the CEO will be responsible for strategic oversight of operations, development of fundraising and capital campaigns, expanding our network, and fostering partnerships that amplify their impact regionally, nationally, and globally.

The CEO will guide the operationalization of Hollyhock’s newly created strategic plan, fulfilling the mission to nurture inspired leadership through collective, immersive experiences, in service of our new vision of a loving and living planet for all.

The candidate will bring extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and strategic planning, along with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. This role will work closely with a diverse board of directors, committed staff, and community partners to cultivate a culture of belonging and accountability. This role requires a people-savvy leader who can engage with high-profile stakeholders, manage complex organizational dynamics, and inspire a network of supporters to invest in their vision.

Standing in the work, the CEO will champion innovative approaches to social and environmental change, drive community outreach, and ensure that their programs and initiatives create lasting impact.
