SATURDAY, OCTOBER 19: Neighbourhood Emergency Preparedness Planning WorkshopsSaturday Oct 19th: 2-4pm Mansons Hall
The Cortes Island Emergency Support Services (ESS) would like to invite you to Neighbourhood Emergency Preparedness Planning Workshops!
During these workshops, we will share about the role of local ESS volunteers and then we will co-create a Neighbourhood Emergency Preparedness Plan! Both of these workshops have the same agenda, but hoping that two locations will make these workshops accessible to more people!
We encourage you to carpool with your neighbours (or come on your own!) and reach out to as many folx as possible! The more of us that are learning about Neighbourhood Emergency Preparedness, the better for all! After all, it is the community around us that brings us through the hardest of times.
Let's work together to begin/continue building community resilience in the face of possible disasters/emergencies, large and small!
No cost and no registration required. For more information, please don't hesitate to reach out to Autumn at nepp.cortesgmail.com
