Japanese Street Food and Picnic Eats!

Join us for a hands-on workshop on making and tasting some favourite traditional Japanese foods.

Using familiar ingredients and simple cooking techniques, you will learn how to make maki-sushi (rolled sushi), gyoza (vegetarian and pork), and onigiri (seasoned rice balls).

We will enjoy lunch with what we have made and other traditional foods and have fun together!

Workshop led by Suzu Matsuda with Ayami Stryck, Hanako Gregg, Monika Hoffmann, & Melanie Boyle.
