The HACI is holding both a Special Members Meeting and the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, October 24th, starting at 7pm in the Pioneer Room at Manson’s Hall and by Zoom. The Special meeting will be held first, to update HACI’s bylaws to allow for online (zoom) attendance and voting at meetings, electronic service of notices and other incidental updates.

A valid HACI membership is required to vote at the meetings. New or lapsed members require approval by our Board and applications must be received at least 10 days prior to the AGM.
