The Cortes Housing Society (CHS) is seeking proposals for the use of the shop at Orchard Village (671 Sutil Point Road). The shop is 30 ft x 30 ft with large garage doors and high ceilings. CHS is looking for proposals from people or organizations that would like to rent the shop. We are seeking tenants that add value to the community. We are planning to offer tours of the shop during the week of October 14th. The shop could be available starting in January, 2025.
