Our Movement and Wellness Series is starting up again in Mansons and Whaletown.

Free Movement and Mobility Class at Om Studio
This class will focus on small isolated movements and exercises to help keep mobility and movement in the joints. This class is for seniors and those with health/mobility challenges.

Tuesdays 11:00am Om Studio (upstairs Mansons Hall)
Weekly 1 hour classes starting Tuesday September 24th.

No experience necessary
Free classes, come once, twice or every week.

Free Weekly Yoga at the Gorge
Gentle yoga at the Gorge Hall starting Monday September 23rd at 11am.
Weekly 1 hour classes.

Come join Kelly in a soft gentle yoga practice. Class will focus on the breathe and alignment. No previous yoga experience needed. All ages and all levels welcome to this class!

Yoga has been very much apart of Kelly's life for over 13 years, she has been teaching for 8 years. She is a strong believer in a mindfulness practice and the importance of the breathe inside us. She is known to add some humour and laughter to class while creating a comfortable environment for all to stay present.
