The CCHA in partnership with Ears To You are offering a free Hearing Health Check Day at the Cortes Health Centre on October 22, 2024.

All appointments are free and offered to anyone 16 years and older.

Please email you Name, Date of Birth, and Personal Health Number to admincorteshealth.com to book your spot. Times available are 10am, 11am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm.
