The Cortes Housing Society is renting the 4 bedroom home in our newly created community land trust project at 671 Sutil Pt Rd. We had intended to rent it to a family, but we heard at our housing forum and from people on our waitlist that there are more people seeking housing for singles and couples. So, we have changed direction and are renting the home to an applicant from our waitlist. She will be subletting 2 of the bedrooms to people looking to live in community. Each bedroom will be rented for $750 per month (plus part of the utilities) in a comfortably furnished home with a guest bedroom for visitors, spacious living room, well appointed kitchen and beautiful decks in a beautiful park-like setting on a property that we hope will house more people in the future.
