Seniors Helping SeniorsIf you need a ride or help with something, please contact Carina Verhoeve Mon–Fri, 10–5, at 250-935-5793; she can connect you with a volunteer who can help you.
Another HUGE Thank YouTo Denise Elo, who was the Support our Seniors Society bookkeeper for two years and did a fantastic job. Without Denise the program would not be thriving like it is today. She retired from the position, but not until the perfect replacement was found. Thanks, Denise!
BC FerriesRemember that the schedule changes again as of September 3. The overloads should be easier to navigate now that the summer is winding down. Take the Klahoose Bus on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and do not worry about the overloads!
