FRIDAY, AUGUST 9: Friday Market (plus Heather Wolf/Witchpop in concert!)Our summer weekly Friday Market takes place every Friday afternoon from 12 to 3 PM in the Main Hall, with plenty of more vendors outside on the front deck and on the upper level by the radio station.
Plus Heather Wolf/Witchpop will perform from 1-2:30 outside under the big tent!WITCH POP emerges as a new duo of Heather Wolf & Raqa Down, fusing queer intuitive pop with folk lineages, moody soulful vocals, minor drones of the Appalachian mountain dulcimer layered with synth & 808 beats. They create dark wave electro psych folk trance rooted in the multidimensionality that is witch wisdom. Their music is quirky and playful, while descending into scorpionic depths, spellcasting visions for a healing collectivism.Indulge in a variety of goods at the market, including baked delights, gems, crystals, artisan soaps, fresh veggies, natural beauty products, sharpening services, delectable sushi, handmade crafts, imported hats and textiles, hand-carved sculptures, pottery, drums, sea lion rattles, knives from Finland, mammoth, jade and amber pendants, handmade cards, jewelry, and fresh pasta.
