Hey Cortes!
Thanks to this MICRO-GRANT from the wonderful Cortes Island Community Foundation, I am offering this workshop and I would love it if you joined me: Wednesday, June 26 at the Gorge Hall, 3.30 to 5.30.
This is a hands-on workshop to learn all about LONG-TERM food storage using mylar bags and oxygen absorbers. We're talking up to 20 years.
If you just want to set aside emergency food and forget about it til you really need it, this workshop is for you!
There are so many things we can do to secure food supply, and this is just one of them. I'm sure we will have some good discussions.
Not only that, but there is a chance to win a door prize if you stay til the very end, we'll have coffee and tea, and why not try a tasty freeze-dried ice cream sandwich bar.....it doesn't get much better.
OK see you Wednesday, June 26 at the Gorge Hall, 3.30 to 5.30
