Summer Schedule Revisions with Added Sailings

Heriot Bay (Quadra Island) – Whaletown (Cortes Island)

After the successful implementation of the two-vessel service between Campbell River - Quathiaski Cove (Quadra Island) in January 2023, we have revised the upcoming summer schedule for this route to better serve the local communities. These changes are expected to minimize possible sailing delays and provide better break coverage for our crews. The adjusted schedule can be viewed here.

Recognizing seasonal demand and the increase in the number of visitors to Cortes Island, we are pleased to provide an additional round-trip sailing most days between Heriot Bay (Quadra Island) and Whaletown (Cortes Island) during peak summer season. The addition of a 7:25 am sailing departing from Whaletown will give customers an added option when looking to travel onwards to Vancouver Island via Quadra Island, and minimize possible sailing waits on both routes. Some sailing times have been slightly altered as a result of the additional sailings. Customers can view the new schedule for this route here.

Both islands can expect to receive their dangerous goods on Tuesdays, as noted on each schedule.
