Save the Date! Saturday, June 22, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.!
This is your once-a-year opportunity to visit spectacular gardens and working artists' spaces on Cortes. Our annual self-guided all-island tour will feature 15 unique creative spaces this year. Spend the day exploring beautiful gardens thoughtfully designed for a range of landscapes from Whaletown to Cortes Bay. Discover textile, ceramic and painting studios, purchase works for sale and support your local artists. Some locations also showcase original building designs, as seen in the museum exhibition. This tour is an important fundraiser for the Cortes Island Museum & Archives with all proceeds going toward Museum's programs.
Tickets are $20, children 12 and under are free.
Hollyhock is offering a 10% discount on lunch for tour participants (reservations are required, and spaces are limited; call 250-935-6576).
Tickets are available at the Cortes Museum and Cortes stores (Natural Food Co-op, The Cortes Market, Gorge Harbour Marina Store, Squirrel Cove General Store, and Marnie's Books), Inspirations on Quadra, 671 Plaza Rd, Quathiaski Cove, and on the day of the event at the Whaletown Garden Centre, 315 Harbour Rd (just off the ferry).
