Linnaea Farm - Kirsten

A vibrant and hands on introduction to the basics of home kitchen lacto-fermentation for enhancing gut health , expanding flavour profiles and bringing some excitement to the daily staples. We will cover basic kraut, spiced pickled veggies and an essential jalapeńo hot sauce.
Participants will leave with a jar of each delicacy and the skills to create at home!
