The CCHA will be holding their Annual General Meeting at 2pm on Sunday, May 5th at the Linnaea Farm.

It's been a big year for the CCHA full of challenges and successes. Please come out and support the volunteer board that has been working tirelessly behind the scenes as well as the wonderful staff that make the Clinic and Programs happen.

We will be meeting in the Lake Side Room at Linnaea Farm at 2pm on Sunday, May 5th with Special Guest Speaker Kirstie Stewart, Primary Care Network Project Lead for the Campbell River Primary Care Network. Kirstie is just one of the many people who have been working on behalf of our clinic and has a vast knowledge of Community Primary Health Care and a deep love for Cortes.

Annual Memberships will be available for renewal and purchase at the AGM for $5. Or you can send a $5 etransfer to admincorteshealth.colm and an email with your name, address, and phone number. As well, membership forms are available at the clinic during operating hours or can be mailed off our newsletter and sent to CCHA BOX 59, Manson's Landing.
